What was the brief?

Garanti BBVA approached us to create a series of TikTok-first performance videos supporting multiple partnership and campaign communications throughout the year.

The scope included campaigns around:

  • Trendyol GO x Uber Eats

  • Migros Yemek

  • Migros Sanal Market

  • Jolly

  • Pegasus

  • Starbucks

  • DeFacto

Rather than treating each campaign as a traditional advertising project, our goal was to build a content system specifically designed for TikTok: fast, native, engaging and performance-oriented.

Across these partnerships, we produced a total of 40 TikTok performance videos.

What was the challenge?

Each partnership had a different proposition, audience and campaign message.

Some campaigns focused on food delivery, others on travel, retail, loyalty or everyday banking benefits. The challenge was to communicate these different propositions clearly without making the content feel like conventional advertising.

At the same time, every video needed to work within TikTok’s own content language.

That meant capturing attention immediately, keeping the communication easy to understand, integrating the campaign message naturally into the story and creating videos that could perform effectively in paid media environments.

What was our approach?

We managed the project end-to-end, combining creative strategy, production and TikTok performance thinking under one process.

For each campaign, we started by translating the key offer into a simple content idea that could be understood within the first few seconds.

From there, we developed concepts and scripts specifically around TikTok viewing behaviour rather than adapting traditional advertising formats for the platform.

The focus was always on creating content that felt native to the feed while still keeping the campaign message and brand communication clear.

What did we manage?

Our team handled the entire production process, including:

Creative strategy and concept development, scriptwriting, casting, location scouting, production planning, shooting, directing and post-production.

This allowed us to control both the creative quality and the performance logic of every piece of content from the first idea to the final delivery.

How did we make the content TikTok-first?

Every video was developed specifically for TikTok.

We focused on strong opening hooks, natural dialogue, creator-style storytelling, fast pacing, clear product or campaign integration and simple narratives that could be understood instantly.

Rather than producing polished commercials and cutting them down for social media, we designed the content from the beginning around how people actually consume content on TikTok.

This helped the campaigns feel more organic, more relevant to the platform and more effective as performance creatives.

What was the result?

The campaign series generated strong engagement and positive audience response across different partnership communications.

More importantly, the project demonstrated how a consistent TikTok-first production model can support very different campaign objectives while maintaining a unified brand approach.

With 40 videos produced across seven different partnerships, we created a scalable content system that combined creative production, platform expertise and performance thinking — turning campaign messages into content built to capture attention and drive action.
